Who we are
BlakJakPizza is an independent pizza business, separate from The Nelson Arms. We serve stone-baked pizza from a converted horsebox pitched in the pub's car park (the Nelly) at 84 Victoria Road, Morley, LS27 8LS, Friday and Saturday, 4pm to 8pm. The pub is our host venue, not the operator of this website. For anything to do with this policy or your information, message us on Instagram @blakjakpizza or speak to us at the hatch.
What this website collects
Online orders are placed and paid for on Beat the Queue, our ordering partner, which handles your order and payment details under its own privacy policy. When you submit a private-hire enquiry, the details you enter (including your name, email address, date, postcode and event notes) are sent through Netlify Forms so we can reply. Our WhatsApp Channel runs on WhatsApp (Meta) under their privacy policy: following it does not share your phone number with us. Please only include information needed for your enquiry and avoid including other guests’ personal or medical details.
This website never asks for and never stores card details: you pay on Beat the Queue when you order online, or in person at the hatch.
Cookies and analytics
We would like to use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and pizzas people look at, so we can improve the site. It only runs if you choose Accept on the cookie bar.
- If you accept: Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named
_gaand_ga_<ID>) that give your browser a random identifier, and records the pages you view, roughly where you came from and your device type. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with anyone else. - If you decline or ignore the bar: the Google Analytics library is not loaded, no analytics requests are sent and no analytics cookies are set by this site.

Changing your mind. Clear this site's data in your browser settings (or remove the bjak-consent entry) and the bar will appear again on your next visit, letting you choose differently.
Who else sees your data
Netlify hosts this website and processes submitted forms. Google processes analytics usage data when you accept analytics — see policies.google.com/privacy. We do not run advertising or social media tracking on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are used to answer your request and manage any resulting booking. Contact us to ask about retention or to request deletion. Analytics retention depends on our Google Analytics settings; contact us for details.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete any personal information we hold about you, and you can object to us using it. Contact us using the Instagram link above or speak to us at the hatch to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
